Group Fitness Classes

Mid-Cape Fitness LLC offers a wide variety of classes, from beginner to advanced. Our instructors are licensed and certified group fitness professionals. We strive to be on the leading edge of fitness development.  We offer Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning, Zumba Step, Cardio Kick, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Krav Total Fitness and a wide variety of other group fitness classes.  You're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness.

GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

KRAV TOTAL FITNESS - A combination of 20 minutes of cardio Kickboxing, 20 minutes of light weight High Repetition resistance training, and 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training targeting your abdominals and lower back muscles  for a TOTAL body workout.

20/20/20 A combination of 20 minutes of various cardio workouts, 20 minutes of resistance training, and 20 minutes of core and stretching for a complete body workout.

CARDIO PUMP An athletic type workout that combines vigorous upper body movements such as jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and power punches with kicks and drills for a great overall workout.

INDOOR CYCLE Cycling provides a fitness journey for all levels that takes the training principles of bicycle racing, blends them with mind/muscle connection and provides an aerobic workout that encourages you to find the champion within.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING This class focuses on firming, toning and strengthening the entire body through various resistance training exercises.

ZUMBA This special class is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes, creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system!  Zumba utilizes the principles of interval fitness training and resistance to maximize calorie output, fat burning and total body toning!

ZUMBA STEP - Perfect For those who are looking to feel the burn, baby! Looking to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes? Step right up. We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba® brings to the dance-floor. Zumba® Step increase cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.

 

CORE YOGA Core Yoga focuses on fluid movement of your body from one pose to another strengthening your core and calming your mind.  Yoga also focuses on the health of your spine, aiding in the health of your whole body.  Let us take you on a relaxing journey.  Namaste!

HARD CORE STRENGTH AND BALANCE- working your core using balance body weight and stretching.           

CARDIO KICK- Punch and kick your way to burning calories and toning your muscles through choreograph up beat music. 

TABATA  - High intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time.

CARDIO INTERVAL  --  The one stop body shock that combines easy, yet effective cardio routines, interlaced with weights and resistance work.
